Day 7 of Liver Cleanse and First Day back in gym after a week-long hiatus! Made it thru 1 week with no alc.beve's...cheers to this weekend no consumption!!

Goals This Week:
- Gym x 4 days
- Training x 2 days
- Swimming x 2 days
197.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
