What has 2 thumbs and just lost 10 lbs?! THIS GIRL!


Just under 4 weeks and 10 lbs down. I'm so proud of myself. I need to decide how I want to increase my exercise. I don't know that I can fit in a round of weights in the morning, though that would be best, I think.

I ate nearly nothing at the Disney Food and Wine festival. I'm a little disappointed with what I did have. I'll go back next week and hopefully my choices will be tastier.

35 min on the elliptical (I kicked butt today on it) and 700 meters in the pool (less butt kicky, swimming is still boring.)

Yay 10 lbs.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
