Sore from the pushup challenge. Did some other weight training as well. Gotta get this mini goal knocked out! I'd like to enjoy a beer that next week!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
