It's not coming off as quickly as I'd hoped, but realistically speaking I'm on day 3 of watching my diet again. I was going to rest from exercise, but now that I'm sitting on my ass on the couch I really want to get out there.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
