ive been off here for a while getting ready for my trip till the end of august so wont be here .... im going to be walking around germany and my daugher in law loves to make me walk.... later i will be here shinnier i think...

ive been drinking lots of water this week!!and slo doing a lot of working in our garden ....
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
