I'm on week 4 of JM Ripped in 30 - it is a great workout! I do feel like I'm getting stronger and more fit, but my weight isn't going down. I guess I'm eating too much! Only 5 more days until our trip to Ireland, so I'm going to do my best to stay on track until then.
