blood test said I have to lower my carbs. ugh.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you on a low Glycemic? I have been working on lowering my sugar levels for many months now.I started with the Atkins plan and sugars levels were good but fasting high.I didn't lose on Atkins after two months. I'm now on the low glycemic and walk 50 min every day. So far my sugar levels are coming down each month.Its a long process.

I will look into that. Thanks :) My plan as it stands was to try to reduce carbs from the present level to 1/2 or 2/3 and see how that went. Any suggestions are welcome though. Good luck with your levels :)
