I'm going to guess that the 180 I started at was water weight or something, so I haven't REALLY lost 3 pounds, but I'll take whatever I can get!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
