I am doing ok today.... just feeling better now that fall has arrived and the cooler weather is upon us. Not to hungry in the morning but very hungry around lunch time. so I need to have veggies prepared and ready to go. I am tired alot lately though.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
