I didn't exercise for near a month now... I was supposed to start again this morning, but went to bed way to late last night. I'm going to the gym today after work, to do at least some cross trainer.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
