On April 1st 2008 I was at my heaviest, at least 285 lbs. That day I joined the gym. By Feb 2009 I'm down to 202lbs, and I would like to get down to 185 lbs (I'm the same height than the guy from "Supersize me" Incidentally, I am the same weight he was after one month of eating McDonnald's... his starting weight was 185lbs)
