Note to self: 4 days gym this week. (Cardio > Weights > Cardio > Core)

30 mins fast walking on the treadmill
30 mins weight sessions
30 mins indoor cycling (10k)
10 mins core/abs workout

Average calorie burn for each 1hr and 40 min session was over 1000.

No weight loss, so that's a good sign. I'm also feeling a little more energetic too.
