I lose weight again! yay! Even I am not pushing myself too hard I am thankful I don't gain weight.

I have a problem. If anyone can help me, it would be great.

Yesterday, I've workout on high intensity workout for only about 25mins switchfoot kicks, squat jumps with short break, I do yoga stretch down and finished my workout in 40 mins coz I can't go more because my heart pounding sooooo fast I never experienced it before. I felt lightheaded, dizzy and kinda nauseous. It takes about 1 HOUR since I feel a bit relieved. I think I am gonna faint or died yesterday. I am so scared. My heart never beat that fast before and the beat last so longgg I am having a panic attack. I've already done that kind of workout before but maybe I had enough rest. So scary! even today I can still feel my heart beat kinda high. It makes me skip my workout this morning.

Be sure you have given your body fuel BEFORE exercise such as a protein and complex carbohydrates, and drink plenty of water throughout the workout. The lightheaded and dizzy means you have OVER done it and you need to slow down your pace. If it continues, you may want to see a doctor.

Digging a little deeper into food log you are eating EXTREMELY LOW amount of calories for a female... barely above fasting level. Is this accurate? If so then that may well be your dizzyness source. As HCB said, eat something (I like cliff bars) about an hour before your workout. But don'r stop there...eat! It seems counterintuitive, but while your low cal intake is giving you a huge calorie deficit, causing some initial rapid weight lose (4lbs), you will begin to store fat and burn muscle, and the minute you go back to "normal" eating, you WILL plump back up. What is your timeline for losing the weight for your engagement/wedding? Use the link attached to determine calories you should be eating and it will tell you how long it will take. If you need to lose faster, then add more cardio... but make sure you eat... don't want you to pass out on the treadmil! Good Luck!

thanks ckworksalot...hmm..yes... i really eat a little. a fruit for lunch and chicken soup or vege soup for dinner. i eat twice a day wishing that i can burn more calories and lose more weight. I fear the hidden calories so I don't eat more than twice a day. you are right because I notice sudden rapid loss in my weight. I might be losing muscles and water only. Thanks so much for your advice. I will monitor on my calories intake. thank u.

Aslo, I know it seems counterintuitive, but if you look at the plateaus in my weight history, you will see that I broke the last 2 by ADDING more calories to my daily intake. Just gotta add the right amount, and all that is explained in the website linked previously. Good luck.. how long before wedding?
