Went to pilates last night, boy, it was tough! But this week I quit the junk food, candy and chips. Today I went for an hour walk. Felt pretty good, too. I hate having to think about everything I eat all day long.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
