Disappointment, but expected. Too much alcohol all weekend and poor choices. Eating better again, and worked out the last two days so we should start going back down again. Ordered a bodybugg yesterday, want to accurately see how many calories I'm burning daily so I can really get this thing going in the right direction. Looking forward to having that come so I can see where I'm at for calories out and can accurately know how much to eat daily. Better things are coming!!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad to hear you're back at your workouts. Stick with it! Looking forward to hearing how the bodybugg works for you. I've come so close to buying one several times, but it always comes down to the fact that I'd rather use the money on new clothes ;-)

I've heard good things about those Bodybuggs. I might just have to invest. Good job for jumping back on the wagon :) Have a great weekend.

Bodymedia fit is the same product with a better website. Look into both before you buy.
