I ate pretzels last night and felt guilty...have never before felt guilty for eating pretezels but I think that snacking has been my main problem. I haven't felt hungry on the shake so that's been good although I do miss my delicious breakfast. I don't know how to do the shake in the evenings without people making comments. The workout yesterday was good but I am feeling very tired today despite haveing 8.5 hours sleep. I put on 100g somehow despite being under my daily recommended intake but I think I shoudl avoid weighing myself everyday cos its just not going to happen that quickly! Tuesday is weigh in day! I hope I make it to next week's goal of 66.6...think this is going to be a lot trickier than I first thought. it's easy to maintain weight, but the only way I've ever lost it is my stopping eating altogether for while...let's hope this works. I'm at least not snacking anymore, even morning tea today...just ahd fruit...oh and a piece of licorice hahah i forgot!
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
