Did really well on my first day...very healthy dinner. Rode to and from work and went for a swim. Felt great already, but the scale doesn't yet show it. Also prepared a healthy lunch for tomorrow. Bought scale and meal replacement
147.3 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
