Dropped into the 140"s! My doctor projected that I would before we met again (every 2 weeks). But it's more than just the numbers on the scale, or even the health benefits. It's figuring out why I overeat, what triggers bad decisions, and how to be more mindful when eating. Thought I would write this down for the harder part of this journey: weight maintenance. Being overweight was just the symptom of causes.

Maintenance is where a lot of people struggle. You can do this, though! 👍 It's all about making choices and learning strategies for the rest of your life and not thinking you're on a "diet" with an end point. Sounds like you know what to do and are on track. You got this! 😃

Well done! Yes, I use calorie deficit and portion control on some things I enjoy so I don't overeat later. Tonight I wanted to eat two ears of corn, but had one and it was perfect - that cuts my calories by 50% right there!

Since few people actually overeat because they are truly hungry, it is helpful to delve into the why if you can
