I under ate yesterday, due to some rushing and no time to eat, i had to settle for a shake for dinner, but glad i got my protein in.
260.8 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1976 kcal Fat: 137.88g | Prot: 145.73g | Carb: 33.75g.   Breakfast: Walnut Oil, Egg, Chicken Frankfurter, Sci-MX Diet Pro Protein. Lunch: Lettuce, John West Pink Salmon, Cheddar Cheese, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese , Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg, Sci-MX Diet Pro Protein, Princes Sandwich Tuna in Brine. Snacks/Other: Morrisons Spicy Piri Piri Houmous. more...
