it's been a struggle this week getting over that 470 mark for some reason. I'm eating the right stuff, doing the right things, sometmes that's where that continued consistency, the desire to want it gone more than it wants to stay on your body comes into play lol, and finally the scale moves again.

we all have those days, those weeks where the scale doesn't move, but just keep pushing and the results will come!
469.8 lb Lost so far: 208.8 lb.    Still to go: 119.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just a reminder that as you loose you might want to recalculate your RDI because your calorie requirement changes with weight loss. Probably not the issue right now but take a look anyway. Again, are you weighing your food, shaking up your exercise/activity, your body becomes very efficient when you repeat the same activities over and over.

Yes! This is accurate for me as well! This is where I have a hard time! I struggle with consistency when the scale doesn't move..... I'm like "screw it!" But as I stay on track, the scale eventually moves in the right direction! Keep up the good work - you are very inspiring for many of us! We trust you to keep GOING!!

Excellent Advice from Kenna Morton!!🙂 Zach your success is a changing body in motion🙂, you will have to adjust as you are losing more weight!! Have a super weekend!! 🙂- Keep an eye onbyour vitals blood pressure/ Pulse and make sure you are seeing the doc on a regular basis. 🙂

It's a life long journey but you are doing great! We all get discouraged but in a few days I bet the loss comes and all will be good. You are doing great!!👍👍👍👍

You're doing great and you're losing very fast right now. Your rate of loss may slow down a bit as time goes on, but it will happen. Kenna offers good advice.
