These last few pounds have been tough. Trying to stay close to my new eating plan - but sometimes it's really hard. Laying off the wheat products, staying away from white sugar, no processed boxed meals at all. Eating fresh. Resisting the drive-thru and slowly making progress. My advice to self - keep up the good work. :)
169.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes. My scale has lost its mind. It thinks I gained last week.. I banished it to the closet until it straightens up.

Good Plan. And tomorrow I've planned a peanut butter & jelly sandwich for lunch. I will blow a raspberry to my scales. Blprprprprprprp (or however you spell it).
