I have to remember it takes a day or so for my work to show up on the scale. Monday I worked so hard, and Tuesday I had no loss. Yesterday I actually had a net gain and I lost a half pound. I'll have to mentally prepare myself for tomorrow's weigh in.

This morning I swam 800 meters! I had to share a lane, and I hate that so much! It's so awkward. But I stuck it out and I'm really happy with my swim. I also ellipticalled for 30 minutes. I'm pretty happy with this routine. I'm not going to do weights until I talk to my doctor to make sure nothing will interfere with my MS.

Also, I checked the nutrition facts on a Ghirardelli 72% cacao chocolate and it's only 5 carbs! most of the calories come from fat, and it even has a little protein in it. This is exciting because I am terrible about getting any fats in my diet. Oh, and I can totally have chocolate!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
