Just got a metabolic assessment done today. They said I should eat 1250 Calories a day, plus extra for exercise. In this way, I will lose one half pound a week. We'll see how it goes.....
132.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
