Water weight gain and heat are partly to blame. I walked for 2.5 hours over the weekend and went to stretching class. Ate dessert last night and also had cocktails or wine each night. Starting today clean.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
