Note to self: 4 days gym this week + 1 day swimming. Introduced some cardio (which I'm not a fan of)

Each Day consisted of:

30 mins interval running (2 mins fast, 1 min slow)
30 mins weight sessions
30 mins indoor cycling (Average RPM above 100)
10 mins Core/Abs workout

#FeelingGood
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 172.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
