My schedule was all out of whack - getting up at 3:45 am to go to work. Blech! Next week will be a later shift so hopefully I'll get the hang of things and get back on track.
141.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
