Switching up what's in my diet plan in hopes of creating a change from this weight stagnation.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1621 kcal Fat: 62.43g | Prot: 117.62g | Carb: 147.54g.   Breakfast: almonds, oatmeal, light nonfat yogurt. Lunch: asiago, romaine lettuce, wendy's small chili. Dinner: ranch, bread, cheddar cheese, jalapeno, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, steak. Snacks/Other: Quaker chewy granola bar peanut butter chocolate chip, 100% apple juice, snyder's. more...
