Well it looks like I gained 2 lbs on vacation. Obviously I'm not excited about it but there is nothing I can do about it now except work it back off....so off to work! :)
223.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 108.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Vacations are always hard. You don't want to gain, but you still want to have a good time. Don't beat yourself up about it - you'll have it off in no time!

2 pounds on vacation is not bad considering what it could have been. Vacations are hard, eating out, not having that control over what is put in the food. You will be fine, as you said you are back to working it off. By the way, great hair. :-)

Thanks for the motivation guys! and thanks for the hair comment I've finally made my peace with having curly hair...at least most days lol

Those two pounds will be gone in two days, as soon as you get off vacation mode. :-)
