Down 2 lbs for this week. I'm still right where I want to be, overall. This week I'm going to shoot for getting it under 220 by the next weeks weigh in.

Trying a food today I haven't made in a long while...stuffed bell peppers (without the rice).
221.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 August 2009:
1403 kcal Fat: 35.30g | Prot: 77.30g | Carb: 167.72g.   Breakfast: sugar free jelly, sara lee Lite bread, parkay spray, turkey bacon, bottled water, coffee, eggs. Lunch: cantaloupe, 6" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. Dinner: grapes, lettuce, thousand island lite, olive oil, minced garlic, onion, sugar free ragu, Fat Free Parmesan Cheese Topping, ground turkey, green bell pepper. Snacks/Other: Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, orville redenbacher popcorn, water, lite yogurt. more...

Thanks! I'm optimistic that I may be within a couple of weeks of that first goal on my list...218! My lowest weight in at least a couple of years. It's a rewarding feeling to see the progress and feel the difference in the way my clothes fit. Wore a blouse to church yesterday that as recently as a month ago I didn't like to wear because it felt too tight to me...I had more than enough room in it this time. :-)
