ughh why won't my weight budge ... I'm stuck in weightloss limbo. I'm going to lower my daily calorie allowance
174.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1914 kcal Fat: 73.16g | Prot: 112.36g | Carb: 217.03g.   Breakfast: Old Fashion Oatmeal, Bananas, Raisins, Dried Prune, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Apples, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Tomatoes, Shredded Carrots, Green Leaf Lettuce, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Firm Silken Tofu. Dinner: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Milk (Nonfat), Blueberries, Strawberries, Cooked Summer Squash, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Brown Rice Medley, European Turbot (Fish), Classic Hummus. Snacks/Other: Supremely Spicy Hummus, Multigrain Crispbread Crackers, Ginger Snaps Cookies, Mozzarella String Cheese, Almonds. more...

I had been like that for 2 weeks, its so frustrating I know but keep to the diet you already have. Just add 10 mins to your daily work out, drink more water, No sugars or sodas and you'll see the difference. :) Don't get discouraged. You'll be fine.
