Supersonic Sid's Journal, 06 September 2014

Well the week was going brilliantly until the wife decided we needed to get out for Friday evening. So we went out to a lounge in a hotel where they have oversize sofas and the like but also a bar and a pianist.
So I just had 3 bottles of the featured brewery's brew and then we were on our way home. Stepson messages us that he is in in a bar and one of the people that he is talking to knew his Grandfather before he passed 7 years ago, so we decided we had better go and meet him. After having a nice chat I also had a few drinks with my stepson, another three actually, angry orchard, not as good as crispins but it went down well.
When we left there in the early hours of the morning the wife decided she was peckish so we went to a pizza place and bought home a large pie when I consumed two slices.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
