I would be very glad if u can help. I am having a gathering with my friends tonight which we'll have steamboat dinner. Since I am in low calories diet, is it will be wise if i skip lunch by just eating apple or vegetable soup to save my calories intake? haha... i don't know if this is absurd but I really don't want to overeat today. I've done my morning fasted cardio workout and I'll be having strength workout before I go to dinner tonight. Hurm..any feedback? thanks very much!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 43.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.4 lb a week

Whenever I have a special dinner at someone's house or at a restaurant, I eat fewer calories for lunch. One month ago I had a special dinner and I ate an apple as a snack before I went there. It kept me from getting too hungry and overeating.
