171.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 171.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey up, swimming was good. I managed to do 600 metres, combinations of front crawl and breast stroke and stopping every 4-6 laps to take a breather.
