wow!!! Very happy this a.m., my husband yesterday said I am getting so tiny, said don't lose too much weight. But I started at 164.6 a week before I started fat secret July 8th, so I had lost aprox 11Lbs give or take some ounces. well this morning I realized what I was losing most was inches, and like overnight (in my eyes). I really think its the swimming and exercise I do in the water. Anyway got home from my workout and weighed in at 152.8... Very happy
