I was challenged to start giving more to my weigh ins due to my journey thus far and hopefully my experiences will help others. At the end of the day, we're all in this together right?. So I'm gonna start today!
First off, being 10lbs down from 500, how crazy this is! its so hard to believe the progress and it still feels like a dream. For everyone struggling and not seeing that scale move or its going up instead of down, remember one thing...if that's happening stop what you're currently doing in your diet and see what you think is causing the plateaus or the weight gain. Look for alternatives to certain foods and see if that helps. your body needs to be shocked occasionally to change direction.
I struggled when I was trying to get under 600. Two weeks I went like that, hovering above it like worm dangling on a hook above the water. Once I started doing a process of elimination and changing foods slightly, that number started going again and I finally got there and kept going. We all feel like that if its working, why change it? Its simple right? wrong. As things change in our body, so do the needs of it and what makes it work. Some things will always work, but for the best results, change it up some. Never stay that complacent, always evolve, always change and improve.
I love you all my friends. lets all finish this journey strong!
