Probably would have been 142 if I hadn't eaten all those Doritos yesterday. Sinus infection is much better. I'll be getting back to working out this week and eating right. I need to make sure I go to bed on time so I'll get enough sleep and wake up at the right time so I can make myself breakfast. I'm going to try and make up this recipe for basically a breakfast muffin time thing for when I don't have time.
I have a new phrase that I keep telling myself whenever I feel lazy about eating habits, exercising or other things, "Be Beautiful!"
