Sinus infection that spread to my ear. Horribly obnoxious and now I can't get back into working out as quickly as I wanted. Hopefully after today I'll have more energy to cook and not fall off the band wagon. Be interesting to weigh in on Monday. Was at the Doc's and scale said I lost 2lbs. We'll see what it says on Monday.
