well, okay then, it's pretty much the same today. cleaned house and cooked some food last night instead of formal anything. got it done for weekend. will do something sweat inducing tonight. probably swim. weather is pretty good today. workweek has been brutal, but over today, right?😂

was looking at my legs last night once I finally sat down. rower is definitely changing them. will be interesting to see where they end up with both rowing and swimming. my new paddles finally arrived Tuesday. need to try them out. will also do some kicking against the current (way harder than swimming to maintain stability) and see if they're really stronger. there is a definite fat layer, but the individual muscles in my quads are becoming more distinct and I like it. calves have never been an issue. she's got her daddy's legs and he played football. strong is good.

may have some fun pics to post this weekend if things work out. key is to survive the workday.

Proud of you Katsolo!👍💪 I was a synchronized swimmer and was always sweating in the pool.🙃 I also have my dad’s legs. 🙁 My mother’s legs were gorgeous!!! Unfair, but I can kick a robber hard where it counts and not fall down.😆

I suspect that all of us ladies with our daddy's legs are actually pretty lucky. that muscular strength built early on should carry us strongly off into the sunset, right? my legs are cute, but not Rockette material. that's okay, they get me where I need to go despite injury over the years.

ah, superman, here's my secret power. I can actually cook. and I like to cook over flames best. it just can't happen during the workday. I eat my salads at lunch because they don't bog me down timewise or make me sleepy and the vegs are done for the day. if I choose to eat more later, it's great, but I'm not shoveling greens after dark which is usually about when I eat dinner no matter what time of year it is.
