:( I don't know what happened this weekend. I was doing well. I have a hard time journaling on the weekends. I need to get better than that. Vacation is in a week and I am not going to make the 10 pounds lost I was hoping. I am getting pretty fustrated because, despite eating healthier, being more mindful and working out, I have lost 2 pounds since January.
