I've never been this happy. Since I change my diet from Atkins to low calorie diet, I've lost weight faster in just a week changing on my diet. I feel healthier and very motivated. Workout twice daily with cardio fasted morning workout and total body strength training after work... I know my body can take it..and I know I can push myself harder. Happy me!
189.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes Deb_N! I've started by the weight of 96.6 and lost 7 kg of about 1 and half month of atkins. I workout the same and I figured out I should change my diet. And I think I've found whats good for my body! thanks so much for your support! And u lost a lot too! U inspired me ! good luck to us!
