stayed on protocol yesterday. made some cabbage slaw yesterday for today- so Ill see how it taste. I have to get some protien- we have a very empty fridge but glad that there is chicken breast on sale.
132.8 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
