I lost 35lbs.and kept it off about a year,have gone through breast cancer,I wonder if it could have caused it,becaause of the fats and saturated fats.After going thru chemo &radiation I have gained my weight back.But,its the only diet that works for me,so I am going to try it again.Ladies get your Mamograms.Foxie
