.3 fluctuation upwards, so hardly something to worry about.
TOM landled + was really bad with drinking water yesterday - so it should come as no surprise.

It was another hard day yesterday and I think I just also over ate a bit - not too crazy or anything - but it feels like the stress has lead to a bit of emotional eating. Hopefully next week will be a bit more chilled out.

will try to limit my salt intake today - and generally just eat a bit more in control.

Other than that body feels good, clothes feel like they are fitting better thats always nice. hope the scale catches up :)
133.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
