A bit disappointed that I didn't lose more this time, because I really thought I kicked everything into high gear. Turns out while I burned several thousand calories, I only took in between 800 and 1000. Diet is my biggest struggle and I'm still learning balance. In the end the number on the scale went down, so I can't be too upset. I'll just keep chugging along!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
