Yesterday was my first lift day since we returned home. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 681 kcal deficit // BF↓0.4% // missed Sleep Goal
154.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
