don't know how accurate the numbers on the scale are...been sick all night, stomach bug. Wondering if I should just wipe my food tracker clean from yesterday, cause nothing stayed put. Eating a fluid diet today...stomach feels like a Semi-truck ran over it, with all 18 wheels if that's possible. So resting today at any rate.
