Been following the diet pretty closely, to the point of making noodles from zucchini and pizza dough out of cauliflower. Hoping to get through the weekend with sanity intact and minimal gain (if not a loss).
266.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
