Down another two pounds I didn't go to the gym last night had to work late. This weekend I'm going to try to watch my calories but I'm really going to do what I want. Since weight is coming off so fast I can have a cheat weekend. Besides the world is going to end on Saturday so I'm going to party like its 1999!
278.5 lb Lost so far: 51.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
