wife tore meniscus in left knee the day we were starting our transformation journey but the "funny" part... she did it turning on the TV... so the planned meals went out the window along with the workout cuz we were stuck in hospital waiting chairs forever. so today is the new-new day
217.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
