Just got back from two days in ABQ. I ate healthy breakfast and lunch both days, but splurged for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised I'm still on track.
177.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
